Do you burn more calories/pounds stairclimbing or jogging on wii fit?

I am 13, 158lbs and 5′ 1”. I know I am overweight.

We have a flight of stairs in our house that I can run up and down, but we also have Wii Fit. Would I lose more climbing stairs for a few hours or jogging on the Wii for a few hours?
