sure it can cause it gets you active and on your feet and burning calories. this doesnt mean that you are going to because a lean body is made in the kitchen

Yes. If you coincide it with diet. You can’t lose weight if you eat a lot and work-out at the same time. You have to balance nutrition and exercise
I think the best feature on the Wii Fit is how it tracks your weight loss/gain and goals. Even if you don’t do any of the excercises the game will still keep you accountable to yourself.
I think you will get a much better workout a more traditional way like in a gym or outside but that goal tracking feature is great. When you step on the board it will tell you if you’ve gained weight and that is enough for me to get motivated again. And if you know that your weight will be getting charted later you will be much less likely to eat that twinke.

I have used wii fit. It’s just like a real workout, but through a game. By the end of half an hour I was exhausted.
Any type of exercise along with a well balanced diet will help in weight loss. Wii fit is great, I definitely recommend it. It’s like having a personal trainer at home.
It provides you with stats and such so you can keep track of how you’re doing and it makes you set goals that helps motivate you, which is great.
Not Really, Im just learning that! I bought wii fit with a losing weight point of view but i was only able to lost about 6 pounds in 1 month with consistent efforts! The games are awesome but for losing weight i think ea sports active is much Better
It can, but the real answer is your calorie burn rate. If you burn more calories than you eat, then you will lose weight.
If you have trouble burning calories, you won’t lose any weight. There are many charts that show how many calories are burned doing a certain exercise. However, these arn’t that accurate because everyone has a different metabolic rate. In general, though, if you eat foods that burn easily (vegetables, raw nuts, fruits, whole wheat) and exercise until you are sweating for about 15 minutes, you should be losing weight. If not, you just need to eat less and exercise more. Weight doesn’t come off in one day either, so just check every couple weeks and make any changes then. Get a trainer, it really helps.
