Cutting out excessive eating and soda is enough to drop a few pounds, add on the exercise and you’ll definitely lose weight. It doesn’t have to be everyday though, an hour three times a week is the recommended amount.
Eating Taco Bell for dinner wouldn’t hurt so long as it wasn’t EVERY night and not a ridiculous amount of quesadillas and cinnamon twists.
For sure…you’re doing better than me an hr and a half that’s great. You’ll get fit faster if you switch up your workout.
