Yes, another ab question, but i’ts about that V shape you get at the bottom?
I just don’t get how people get that. I’ve tried every workout known to man and i still don’t got it. The rest of my abs are fine, but i’m aiming for the V at the bottom. Any suggestions?


im not exactly sure how you get it, but im pretty sure its a result from doing workouts specifically for your lower stomach. liek those muscles are the hardest to acquire and the workouts for them are torterous, but you have to do leg lifts, cruches, all that stuff, and push ups. i dont really know actually lol, i know that i have one though haha
leg lifts buddy or do this thing where you hang your butt off the end of a bench and lower your legs up and down… same thing

well not everyone can get that V it has to do with our body frame, like some women don’t even have hips to show just straight down figures no curves…has to do a lot with how small your waste is and the width of your shoulders..i’m sure you look very good!!
i got that v shape from doing alot of flutter kicks and full sit-ups. flutter kicks really do the job with that.
