Workout tips for 6 pack abs?
What is the best way strip off the fat and build up ab muscles? I also want to strip the fat off of my chest. What is the best workout method? I do 50 pushups every other day, and 50 situps every other day. I go on a jog every morning.
I have a workout bike, and a benchpress. What is the best way to get the desired results?
Sorry, I realized that I meant to say 2 reps of 50 every other day (both pushups and situps).
Thanks for the advice already, but what are the best exercises for building up the abdominal muscles? Also, will jogging remove fat from the chest and stomach as well?


the best way is to lose the layer of fat that covers your abs, this is only done by doing cardio (running, jogging, biking etc.) and a good diet
