Why cant I get a six pack?? I run every day!! HELP ASAP?

Ok well a few months ago I started to get a six pack, I was doing weighted crunches and sit ups every day and sometimes every other day. I stopped doing the ab workouts and now i have a 1 pack lol meaning nothing. Whats the best way to get me a freaking six pack???
I do the cardio everyday, Im on the track team and I am always doing workouts. Yet, no six pack?!!???!?
Whats a good weekly routine for my abs?? And yes my biggest problem is my diet, I EAT A LOT and sometimes A LOT of junk food. What type of food should I eat to help me lose the stubborn layer of fat??
But yeah im 5’7″ and weigh 146 pounds.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I do about 150 crunches a day, usually weighted
