what’s the best way to lose weight from my lower abs, butt, and thighs?
my diet is better than most. i work out 5 days a week for about 1 hour 15 minutes per day. 10 minutes of bike before every work out. MWF are cardio, abs, and legs day,4 sets of 10 a piece, low weight.( 2 quad lifts, calf raise, 5 abs exercises, and 3 mile run), tuesday thursday are upper body with 12 different lifts at 4 sets. i’m not too concerned in that department, i just want my lower half to look like toner.i’ve peaked, any help is appreciated.
i guess i should include a short rundown of my diet. cereal every morning (honey bunches of oats, fruity pepples), 11 snack cookie, yogurt, lunch is salad and a meat dish, dinner is veggies, meat, a starch, and salad. i try to keep my calories to 2500 a day. i’m 5′10 170lb and have maintained this weight for about a year now with this scenario.

The best way to lose weight from your lower body is to run, and then run some more! Think about it. Running focuses on your lower body muscles, such as your legs and butt, as opposed to your upper body, which really doesn’t use any of those muscles while running (not as much as the lower body). Plus, because you do lower body workouts, running will help remove the fat from your lower body so those muscles will become more defined! I hope this helped! Good luck!
