Whats the best way to get rid of the bottom fat of your belly?
I’m in pretty good shape. Run and workout a lot. I’m in way above average shape. But, is there a great workout for the low ab, lower belly region. I still have a small fat area that I cant get rid of.


Do 500 sit-ups a day. 250 in the morning and 250 before bed.
Also make sure you drink a half gallon of water a day. And stay away fro SODA!! Will put 1 pound on you a week if you drink a lot of it during the week.
