Whats the best way for me tighten by abdominal muscles?
I am a 15 year old guy. I have a small layer of stomach fat, not much but enough. What are the best workouts to get rid of it and tighten the abs i know are under it [can feel them]. also any eating tips would be good to


You’ll need to alternate between cardiovascular exercise one day and ab-toning workouts the next in order to both burn the fat and strengthen the muscles underneath. One won’t work without the other. It doesn’t take much, though, maybe about a half-hour to 40 minutes a day.
For cardio, believe it or not but jump roping is the absolute best. It exercises EVERY muscle in your body and will easily burn about 120 calories every ten minutes. Also, you can do it in the comfort of your own home and you don’t even need a rope. As long as you do the movements properly, it is just as effective even without the rope. Try this workout, which is an HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercise:
Step 1: Jump rope for 3 minutes at moderate speed to warm up
Step 2: Jump rope as fast as physically possible for 1 minute
Step 3: Jump rope at a moderate speed for 30 seconds
Step 4: Keep repeating step 2 and 3 for 15 to 20 straight minutes.
Step 5: Cool down with 3 minutes of moderate-speed jump roping.
Step 6 (Optional): Add 10 to 20 minutes on a treadmill or jogging, or maybe some jumping jacks, or even more rope jumping, to REALLY burn the fat.
Then for the ab-toning, I would recommend some crunches and some sit-ups. There is a great 8 minute ab exercise that I personally use on youtube at this link:

Add some sit ups to the end of that, as many as you can do, and you’ll REALLY strengthen those abs.
Other than that, remember to eat right and drink plenty of water and you’ll see results within a few weeks.
If you want to tighten your abs. core exercises are the best workouts. they burn fat, and put strain on your whole abdominal region for ripped obliques, lower, and upper abdominals. Any other stomach work outs besides will add muscle to your stomach, but until you get on cardio, it’s almost impossible to have nicely toned abs. Cardio includes running, swimming (which I think is the best cardio), jumping rope, sports, etc. do this as often as possible while maintaining a a good diet, and your skinny ass should see abs in a matter of weeks.
