whats the best ab workout u ever tired that really worked, even if it just made ur stomach flatter?
please, no tapes just a workout that u have personally tried and got results, and if u can, can u either give me a link to that workout or write down what it is step by step? im not really fat i just need some muscle tone , also if this workout comes with a diet feel free to put down that diet as well, thanks

I started doing training for school soccer, and we do these ab exercises that work really well.
First you lay on your back and do 50 crunches.
Then after that you stay on your back, but have your legs straight out in front of you, lying on the ground and parallel to it, and you do 50 situps in that position, just the upper portion of your body though, the upper part of your shoulders lift off the ground.
Then you lay down and put both your legs straight up in the air. In that position you lift off the ground and touch your ankles or toes with your hands. You do 50 of them.
Then for the last part, you will sit on your arse with your upper body and thighs making a ‘v’ shape. (You bend your knees and have your lower legs hanging down, but don’t touch the ground. Stay like that, and you twist your upper body side to side. (You have your hands together, and when you twist one direction you almost touch the ground, then switch again.) Do that 50 times. **And if this doesn’t really make sense or you’re not coordinated enough to do it, do 50 bicycles twisting your body with it.
If you do all that and keep a basic, healthy diet, cut out most junk food, your stomach will be toned in no time.
I’ve been doing them for 2 weeks or so, and I can already see a hint of a veritcal line doing down my stomach when I flex. And I don’t eat healthy at all, just so you know. Try to do them all at once. Maybe do that whole set once or twice a day. I’m a girl too just so you know, and we all know how hard it is to tone our stomachs.
Good Luck.
Oohh, I had to edit this. Six inches also helps your stomach and upper leg muscles. If you do all of the stuff, you will be working ALL of your stomach, not just a certain part.
To really work muscles and get defnition you need to mix it up and do different ab stuff each day. Make you muscles work.
1)crunches – fast and slow sets
2) leg lifts
3)cross-touch situps(left elbow touches right knee, vice-versa)
Hello,
I want to tell you when working on the stomach fat loss there really is not just one approach.
Below I included a link of the person who does truly help people understand ab workout and fitness training.
There is really no better said approach then a learning from a professional.
Warm Regards, Roger
For me it was a guide I bought at http://www.absbomb.com
It taught me that situps were not the key to all abs exercises and that I had a layer of fat hiding my abs that needed shifting.
Have at look at the site, it has free stuff on there as well.
Sorry..just realised its the same guide as above!
Still well worth it though
