whats an exercise thats better than crunches for lower and upper abs?
I can do 200 situps or 300 in sets of 40 like 40 then 40 but i cant really feel it like after the workout i cant feel the pain i use to feel like pain and it feels good but now i dont so please people do you know any new good workouts for abs and how many times should i do them everyday or every two days

Try different variations than just sit ups. i.e. the bicycle, Russian twist, planks etc. the problem with only doing sit ups all the time is first it’s only working one small area and two your body get’s used to the motion so you need to switch it up. I also like doing Russian twists on a decline bench this works all your obliques and abs. You can also work on your abs on the decline as well and it will target a different part of your abs. Don’t just focus on this though. Everyone has abs, it’s the fat that keeps them hidden. Try adding a good cardio work out in with the abdominal work out. Good luck and hope this helps!
