What’s a insane ab routine you people do?
Im at home bored and i want a challenge… I know the type of ab workouts but I don’t know a good routine… Do any of you have a hard, challenging ab workout routine that makes you feel the burn to the next level? If so, please share with us


ok here ya go, you should feel the burn
do 100 Russian twists (balancing on your butte with feet about 1 foot off the ground, touching your hands from side to side, right to left is 1)
a plank, which is balancing on your forearms in a pushup position for as long as you can.
just do the plank, seems silly, but go try it… youlll burn trust me, a challenge too because u can try to go longer each time, i try to go for like 2 songs on the radio
