Whats a good way to get a six pack without dieting?

crunches using an exercise ball are very effective. try going to a gym and having a complimentary training session. most gyms have them and they will help you work your goal areas.
I hate to be the barer of bad news but a 6 pack comes mainly down to diet with some general cario and a few ab exercises you could do 10000 sit ups a day but if your eating fatty foods its not going to make a difference

You can have the best abs ever but if you have a layer of fat on top of them than it doesn’t matter! Try doing sit-ups or an ab wheel to build your muscles and doing cardio to lose any fat you may have on your stomach. Also there isn’t anything special you can do to lose weight on just your stomach, it totally depends on your body as to where you will lose fat first, for a lot of women it’s the boobs first
Diet is important also, try to eat alot of lean proteins, think chicken or fish, and limit the carbs to the morning. Breakfast is a must also since it jumpstarts your metabolism.
Dieting doesn’t work in the long run. Dieting will get you in shape but can have horrible consequences. The idea of getting into shape is simple: Output > Input. You MUST expend more energy than you take in.
Easiest thing to do is to try to drop unnecessary calories. This doesn’t mean eat less or replace all your foods with greens. Drink a little less soda. 1 can a day is nearly 1,000 calories by the end of the week. 3 less cans a day (if you drink this many) can lead to nearly a pound a week. Etc etc.
If you are truly adamant about not changing your eating habits, then be prepared to workout a LOT. In order to expend enough calories to make up for your intake, you will need to do a lot of aerobic exercise (running, jogging). After that toss in some crunches (crunches do NOT burn fat around the stomach. If you have this in your head you will be very disappointed. The crunches build muscle. It is your job to lose any extra fat that happens to cover them. Otherwise you’ll have a 6 pack hidden by a keg).
do cardio 3-5 times per week, for an hour. that is the only way to burn fat (which will reveal muscle underneath). weight train 3-5 times per week as well (usually during your cardio). give yourself muscles time to relax and heal… So exercise Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday or something like that.
you don’t have to eat only lettuce.. just eat smaller portion sizes. and drink lots of water. keeping hydrating is really important.
for random exercises.. the bicycle sit up is most effective, but also do planks (normal and side), leg lifts, and pushups as well. squats are super effective for a lot of different muscles in the body.
and always make sure to stretch before and after, it helps muscles loosen up as well as (obviously) stretch out, so they look leaner.
also, standing up straight, and sitting straight will help work your core throughout the day.
well firstly you cant just aim for a 6 pack right off the bat. The body has a predetermined way to lose its fat. If you a guy its top to bottom. So you’ll be losing from you upper body and brest fat first. then move down. Dont believe that any kind of meds will help you lose weight faster. Most can cause serious side effects.But yea to get the fat start burning you can just start exercising in anyway. Doesnt have to be crunches. In fact its better to throw in some variety. Running, crunches pushups all are fine. just be sure to work 30-60 everyday. Not only will you be on the fast track to a 6 pack but u’ll start to feel better as well. Good luck
