Whats a good Daily workout to get six-back abs.?
Hey,
Im 11 years old (almost 12) boy
and I really want a six-pack
alll my friends have them
so whats a good workout to do daily to get them
I dont want to be a bodybuider
and I dont want to stunt my growth
I am really skinney because i have a high metabolizum
im only 72 punds (I KNOW VERY SKINNEY)
And im almost 4″11
Please help me!!!
PS: I want like a daily workout
Example: 15 crunches 21 pushups….


Haha go on an all protein diet and like workout alot but eat alot too and you’ll be okay and run haha and like 200 crunches and lift weights:)

its a workout video, its filled with cardio, abs, strength, she whips you up into shape and helps you get those awesome abs!
2x 50 crunches
2x 25 crunches turning to the left
2x 25 crunches turning to the right
2x 25 leg raises
2x 1:00 six inches
2x 1:00 plank
leg raises you lie on your back like you would for six inches, then raise your legs up in 2 counts, then back down in 5 counts
planks, you start in a push up position, put your elbows on the ground, and push your chest forward so your shoulders are directly above your elbows and your back is straight.
you might not be able to do this at first. If you can barely make it, do it only twice a week for a couple weeks, and build up. If you cant do it, do everything once. After this gets easy, try holding waits during crunches and putting ankle weights on for the six inches.
