The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less food and move more, the problems appear when we in reality aim to put that into practice! There are plenty of temptations out there aren’t there?! The only method that clearly showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials remaining, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN. I melted away 30 pounds, it clearly does produce results!

If you want great abs. Here’s a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before…

    Check it out…

Well I’ll be the one who doesn’t make fake responses to advertise here….

It’s actually simple. Do Sit-ups for mid abdomen, Crunches for the sides, and CORE for all around.

I’m sure you know how to do them all, but If not I’ll do into detail.

Sit-ups = Laying down on back with legs curled so knees are up(put your hands behind your head) and go up all the way to your knees only using your mid section muscles to get you there.

Crunches are basically half sit-ups and burn a lot more.

CORE = you lay on your stomach in push up position, except you use your forearms on the ground instead of hands. Then you make your butt go down and suck in your stomach(make sure your back is flat and not up) and you hold it for as long as you can.
Also make sure you have your feet on your tip toes or it won’t work.

    Thanks for reading.
