what would be the fastest and easiest abdominal workout?
i’m very petit, but i just need to get rid of this extra baggage on my waist area…i’m not fat but i would like to have great abs and without the love handles!!! please help! oh, nd i work 2 jobs so something i could do at home would be preferably!


Crunches!
crunches do 3 sets of 20 a night
there’s tons of equipment on the market these days for ab workouts, but simple crunches are still the best
crunches and side twist( touching your feet with the opposite hand do 8 sets of 8 on each side)
Crunches, I used to work out with a trainer, and he made me do regular crunches which work your upper abs, than lay down on the ground and you slowly lift your legs up to a L position than lower them(not letting them touch the ground), and that works lower abs…do like 2 or 3 reps of 20.
Farmer Burns – may be done anywhere even in church.
Should be done standing or sitting only.
Take a deep breath and rapidly expel air from lungs. As the lungs reach empty, clench the abdominals as tight as possible for a count of 5.
Do a set of 7 and you are done for the day. These are powerfully effective.
Basic crunches, bicycling in the air, 6 inches/V-sits, are still the best.
and remember: The easiest workout is the one thats doing the least. It SHOULD be hard, and you SHOULD struggle to do them. If youre not having a hard time, youre not doing anything.
also: One big tip: DONT STOP AT A CERTAIN NUMBER OF REPS. its the dumbest thing you can do while working abs. You work until you cant anymore, not until you get to a number. If you stop at a number, youre usually just cutting out all of the ones that do anything (the last few).
