what kind of food should I eat to get six pack abs?
List some types of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Should i eat before or after I exercise. When i first work out I first lift weights, then do 50 crunches. Then I run on for 10-20 min on the treadmill on about 5-6 mph. Then after I run i do another 50 crunches. What another type of workouts should Do? Will a protein shake help before or after workouts?

do sit ups/crunches that will give you abs, however it’s mostly genetics that will get you ab’s… running on the treadmill wont help you lose a gut because they do not work the abdominal muscles
some people can get them very easy and others can never get them no matter how hard they work out… plenty of athlets work out more then the average person and yet can never get a six pack and thats because they do not have the genetics for it
as for food just make sure you are not eating junk food… fruits and veggies work best
Getting six pack or ripped abs is quite simple – even if it isn’t easy!
First you will need to work out – often ab specific exercises aren’t necessary, as a good whole body work out will also work the abs.
Second you need to lower your body fat percentage so that the abs show through rather than being covered by a layer of fat.
How long this will take depends on where you start from, and how much work you put in!
