What is the best workouts for abs,legs ,and also how to tone your arms without making them bigger?

The most hated thing is my ab workout and i was looking for a more effective easy workout. My family is very muscular I am not but i don’t want to get that way… so whats a good way to tone my arms with out the bulking up??? thanks so very much and if anyone needs the favor returned I can got nothing but time on my hands tonight and yes i mean return the answer
