any of the right abs exercises. the proper way to train them is with 1 or 2 weighted exercises (weighted crunches or hanging leg raises) i like the leg-hip raises, i did some at the gym earlier, their hard. anyways all you need is 6-12 reps and 3 sets. if you are using a heavy enough weight then thats all you need to do once a week to get your abs growing.

I’m not trying to endorse any one in particular (I’m not paid for it anyway). But I think Pilates is GREAT for your core, and your whole body really. I particularly like Mari Winsor’s Winsor Pilates workouts. They are short (20 mins 3 times a week gets great results), but very powerful. You will notice the results, but it can get boring after a while. I notice that I do it in phases. I’ve had some HUGE lifestyle changes that affect my schedule and my ability to find even 20 mins a day to exercise has gone out the window (in preference of 20 mins of rest or cleaning something in the house. Babies will do that to you, unfortunately, when you need the work-out the most too). :-)
