Then the work out i use every day is run 1 mile then 20 push ups then 100 sit-ups sets of 25 then rest for 10 seconds every set. leg lifts is you dont know what those are search them. then v-ups again if you dont know what that is search it. then the static hold again search that if you dont know what that is. then last but not least use dumbells to work out. DO THAT BASIC WORK OUT EVERY DAY AND THE FIRST WEEK YOU WILL FEEL TIGHTER IN YOU ABS.</description>
