im dooin the same thing at the moment. well not the bum workouts but you can do the squats and also do the plank for abs. it really works. check out on google wat the plank is. hope this helps x
bottom workouts=( try these at your gym )
-inner thighs:squats (2 sets of 20), lunges( 2 sets of 20), the ” step up workout”,straight leg dead lifts, leg press…
-glutes: front squats (2 sets of 20), hack squats, dead lifts, rear lunges (2 sets of 20), straight leg dead lifts…
Ab workouts =tips are to flex your ab area for as long as your can, as often as you can
try doing these every night,2 sets of 50 crunches, in between reps do 20 “pulses” its were you just mildly flex your stomach while your shoulders are of the ground. invest in a ball, doing crunches and bridge on it helps SO much. do the bridge for a minute. then plank for a minute. 2 reps of bicycles for a minute. side plank for a minute. reverse crunch( set of 20) . and twist crunch (set of 20).
love handle workouts=love handles are tricky to get of, a tip is to stand up and flex your stomach and move from left to right while the commercials of a tv show are playing.
stiff legged dead lift. squat.
