What do you think are the best abdominal workouts?
I do alot of abs, I can do sets of 100 crunches pretty easily. I think I need something more difficult with less reps that just crunches or sit ups. Any ideas?

It depends on how much you need to loose. Are your abdominal muscles visible or partially visible? then leg raise has proven very effective for me. If your muscles are not visible then you may wanna focus on aroebics first to loose the fat.
Try pull ups. Hold on to a horizontal bar that is above your head They have them in gyms or you can put one on your door. Some gyms also have 2 parallel handles where you stand in the middle (they look like parallel bars in gymnastics)
Hold on to the bars, then lift your legs while holding on to the bar.
Hold them horizontal for lower ab workout, and pull your knees to your chest and slowly to the side for obliques. It’s hard, and you will feel your abs burn the first couple times, but it works fast.
Do situps in a roman chair (piece of exercise equipment). It’s like a slanted board, but it doesn’t have a back on it so you can lower yourself as much as needed.
Hanging leg raises will challenge you.
