lie on the floor with feet in the air, legs straight and bring hips off floor and straight up and down dont let hips touch floor. then twist at the top of the crunch
I’ve been using the pool to exercise this summer….I have found it to be an awesome ab workout.
I lay on a floatie and use only my legs to move around the pool…this is working the lower abs…
