What Can I Do To Get In Shape?
School is over and i need to get into shape. I would like to get in shape within 2 months! I weigh 205 pounds and im 6 feet 1 inch tall. My belly sticks out like 2-3 inches(its groose)
I want to mainly lose my belly fat and man tits. Also i would like to gain muscle in my legs. As for my arms im just going to do push ups and lift some dumbbells.
Also I dont have access to a qym and I dont want to take pills. I would prefer to do in home exercises. I have dumbbells, bicycle and a tredmill at home.
My sister has a ab roller should I steal it from her?? Does an ab roller really work?
What exercises should i do for each part of the body??!! can someone please help me.
I really want to loose my gut and tits!!


Ok firstly, lets look at your diet, do you eat healthily? 3 Meals a day? No snacking? at least 5 portions of Fruit and Veg?
Get that sorted. No microwave meals either!
Then your lifestyle, so you watch a lot of TV? if so, then DONT.
You dont need to join a gym to get fit!
Running is a really good calorie burner! if you go out running, everytime you see, I dont know a Dog, or every 6th lampost, do ten pushups.
Swimming is good for Cardio Vascular and fat burning!
Cycling is just as good as running, but not as hard on the ankles.
Even just walking everywhere that will burn off the fat.
For arm excercise lifting dumbbells is good, do 3 sets of ten reps.
And make sure you work the triceps too. Hold a dumbell over your head (dont drop it) then lower your hands with the bell, down behind your head keeping your shoulders and upper arms straight up.
As long as your burning more calories then your eating you will lose the flab.
Just remember it takes time and DONT give up! No matter how you feel, get on that treadmill and do the excercise!
I am 6ft 3, with a 32 inch waist and a 48 inch chest, It is possible to get fit being so tall! (I have had no complaints from the ladies
