What are the best workouts to get in shape quick? (easy ten points ) Read whole question)?

I workout at lifetime fitness and am currently leaving to go there in about twenty minutes. I am wondering what the best workouts are to firm up. I want answers from only people who have real experience of this working to firm up and if they use the machine that they are recommending and so on… What would you recommend to use for a cardio machine? I like using the elipticals usually. Also what weight machines, and just other exersizes can I do on the mats to firm up my abs? Does anyone also recommend a home workout video that I can buy and use at home for ab workouts? First one to answer all of these questions gets ten points! GOOD LUCK THANKS!
