WHAT ARE THE BEST HOME AB WORKOUTS?
Everyone; I’m trying to get a 6 pack in 2 weeks or less. I have 1 hour a day to do it at home, so can anyone tell me the best workout, exercises, or sets to do at home?
At the mean time I’m also doing push ups and want to increase them vigorously, and gain bicep, tricep, shoulder, and chest muscles at the same time.
TO CONCLUDE; If possible can anyone just write me an 1 hour workout set/excersises that can help me reach my goal. (ex. 30 crunches, 10 sec rest, then 30 pushups)

its not possible with the time that you have.. unless you want to resort to steroids you need more time than 2 weeks and an hour a day
My friend it takes time to get the kind of 6 pack you’re talking about. A fairly developed 6 pack that looks attractive takes a while of building up the obliques, uppers, and lowers. Anyways you have legs train them!! I can’t stress enough how stupid you will look if all you do is train pushups and you have chicken legs. Id recommend changing to a bodyweight routine and doing HIIT cardio along with a diet. You might be able to get close to your goal in 2 weeks with that if you switch now. my dad uses the ab lounge.it works really good but not THAT good. thats near impossible what you want
If it’s already defined a bit then it might be possible, but i would think it would take much longer to get the result your probably looking. You can always airbrush if it’s for like an event of some sorts. That’s what they did to the men in 300 xP
every time you’re watching a tv show, and a commercial comes on, just to sit-ups, push-ups, etc.
you can’t get bicep with push ups.
do obliques, and try and work your lower abs and upper abs separately.
there’s certain crunches that target them.

good luck and have fun.
do like a ten minute jog. stop.
then do a type of crunch that works your obleaks.
you lay on the floor and lift your upper back and moved from side to side.
then do 50 reguler crunches.
stop take a drink of water. (drink lots of water)
then do switches, where you lift one leg at a time and touch it with the opposite hand. do 25
then do “scissors” where you switch your legs back and forth at a 45 degree angle from the floor and lift your upper back.
repeat.
i am a gymnast and this will work if you do it everyday for two weeks, do as many times in that one hour length and eat right!
