You should be at least 16 years old before you start lifting weights – to give your muscles time to develop before trying to enlarge them. It can take several months of total dedication to achieve your goal. If you are just going to ‘play’ at it – you might as well forget it.
There are plenty of exercises targeted at abs, just make sure your are working the “core” of your ab muscles, external and internal oblique, rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis. Secondly there are exercises for Lateral Flexion. These exercises consist of Side Bends and lateral Crunches.
And lastly
Spinal Flexion:- / extension exercises these consist of :-Ab Crunches with some kind of swiss/medicine ball or Captain chair ( legs raises)

do 4 sets up 20 sit ups with a 10Kg weight on your chest, put more on if its too easy!!
Do this every other day then youll be sorted within a month
