What are some good lower ab exercises that can be done at home?
I have an exercise ball and do between 50 – 100 sit ups a day to work my abs (im a guy) and it seems to mostly only work the upper abs so is there any tips, advise, exercises for the lower abs with or without the ball??


lay flat on the floor on your back. slowly raise your legs up (keeping them straight) and then slowly back down. also when you feel it working the most (and you will) try holding it there as long as you can. anything that has to do with movement of your legs that way will work your lower abs.
lay down on your back and hold ur excercise ball then bring your feet up in the air (while still on ur back) and take the ball with ur ankles and bring it down…then bring it back up and take it with your hands..and repeat
