What are some good exercises to get six pack abs?
I’m a student and have a lot of free time so I can probably commit to these exercises

Of course sit ups.
Running helps for some reason.
Pushups.
What elsee.curlups.
Or
Lay down on your back
Put your hands behind your head
raise your elbows.
lift your feet off the ground and pull your knees up.
The touch left elbow to right knee and right elbow to left knee.
This should do a lot.
situps and crunches
plenty of sit ups
A lot of people tend to think that sit-ups are the way to go, but a sit-up uses 60% back muscles compared to 40% abs so they’re not really the most effective way imo.
Try doing lots of crunches. Lie on your back and bend your knees slightly of the ground so you can plant the soles of your feet on the ground. Put your hands behind your ears (don’t clasp your hands!!!) and lift your shoulders off the ground. From this position try and sit up, although don’t go all the way up, roughly so your upper body is at 45 degrees to ground. Don’t throw your hands forward, keep them behind your head. I also personally find that by pushing your elbows backwards when sitting up it kind of stretches your pecs and makes it harder and more effective? I don’t know lol.
Try doing sets of 10 to start with, maybe two or three times a day. Start higher if your abs are already at a reasonable level, and build it up over a period of time.
If your wanting to add a bit of variety try adding a twist in when you sit up, if your not feeling any effect with the normal ones you’ll definitely feel it with these.
Sorry for long, drawn-out and probably overly-complicated answer, just wanted to explain how I do them lol.
Pi-yo! It’s yoga and pilates together! Its great for weight loss and strength training, and it works ur core, great for ur abs!
You can do all the abs exercises in the world but if you do not look after your diet, you still won’t get those six packs.
Snatches (unique dumbbell or kettlebell exercises that almost nobody ever does in normal gyms), squats, deadlifts, lunges, step-ups, clean & presses, mountain climbers, sprinting, and other full body exercises and calisthenics.
Along with exercise comes good diet don’t forget

When I was a student I’d hump the bed quite often. I found, not only did it get me off but it gave my abs a vigorous workout.
If you are prone to store fat around your middle, the healthiest solution is to maintain a normal weight. By matching your calorie intake to your calorie needs and prevent weight gain, you will prevent the development of any excess fat. However, if you already have a fat belly, the best option is to follow a healthy weight loss diet, combined with fitness exercises such as aerobics (to burn extra calories) and a stomach-toning workout to help tighten and strengthen abdominal muscles. That said, reducing a fat stomach takes time – especially if you are an apple-shape. Despite what commercials say, there is no diet-plan or type of exercise that can “target” your fat stomach. So please don’t get impatient. Here are execise videos which help to reduce belly fat http://www.squidoo.com/killerabsvids
