what are some good exercise’s to do for my lower abs?

lay down on your back and put your legs up in the air.
thrust your legs up into the air so your but lifts off the ground

good old fashion sit-ups. there easy to do and are very convinent.
lay on your back with your arms at your side.slowly bring both of your legs up at the same time then slowly lower them untill you are about 3 inches from the floor and hold it count to 10 then then lift your legs and start all over. do 5 sets to start youll feel it
Wow every exercise posted so far, doesnt work your abs. They are actually working your hip flexors, well except the thrust in the air one.
But crunches are good…. You cant really isolate upper and lower abs anyway.
omg me too! lol usually what helps me is running or doing simple exercises like lifting your legs keeping your knees and toes parallel to the floor and doing a crunch or sitting up with your legs up and bent and move from side to side extending the legs in that direction if you got to msn diet and fitness it shows you lots to do.
Get a large ball…lay in the middle of it…do crunches but be sure ur head goes below the ball on the down strokes and sit almost straight up on the up strokes…this is a killer work out I did it after having my 5th baby!!! I wear a ZERO/ONE…so I can tell ya from experience…it WORKS! good luck
