what are some good exercises for the abs,lower,mid and upper,obliques and pecs?
i would like to have better looking abs and lose my love handles and man tits, what are the best exercises for each. i also don’t have weights.only 1, 20pounder and 2 5s.please give me some good exercises to do, how many reps and how many days a week, thanks.


For your abs, lie on your back and with both feet together, write you the alphabet in cursive with your toes, and try not to let your feet down in between letters. Once you get into a rhythm, start to write out your full name in cursive, then switch to regular print. This will work most of your abs, and you can always to crunches as well. If you have someone to help you, lie on your back with both legs straight up in the air. Have the person helping you stand at your head with their feet on either side of your head, and have them push your legs ( keep your legs together) in different directions, and you bring them back to the starting position as fast as you can. Trust me, your abs will be screaming for mercy after about 2 minutes. And jog, drink water, keep some good cardio to help burn off your love handles. It will take a bit of time depending on your current physical shape, but keep at it.
For the upper body, you can never go wrong with push-ups. You can do a good 20 reps per day. For the obliques, you can do some hip push-ups which is done by lying on your side then lifting your hips with your hands on your waist. For abs, simple crunches will do. You can also go into another level by doing some bicycles. You can do this by lifting your feet from the ground from the starting position of the crunch. Then you will move them in circles like in a bicycle. You will do this will you keep your balance with your abs. This is very effective in strengthening your core.
