What are some good excesses I can do for Abs?
I don’t have time to go to the gym, so I do some workouts at home. The exercises I’ve been doing I feel them working but. I’m not see that much of results. Does any have any good ab exercises to practice at home? I became a vegetarian almost a year ago when I began exercising, I thought I would see faster results that way.

Sit Ups
PLATE DRAGS. (u can do it without the plate.)
get in push-up position, with a towel under your toes.
walk your hands forward, dragging yourself across the floor.
this is my fave ab exercise, its excellent.
my trainer taught me that, AND she strongly encouraged me NOT to be vegetarian. she actually convinced me to start eating meat. i now eat organic chicken. (she is a national figure champion.)
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
Hi Sezro,
I would recommend the following:
1. Bicycle Exercises
2. Captain’s Chair (Stand on chair and grip handholds to stabilize your upper body. Press your back against the pad and contract the abs to raise the legs and lift knees towards your chest. Don’t arch the back and remember to breathe smoothly. Slowly lower back down and repeat for 12-16 reps.)
3. Exercise Ball Crunch
4. Vertical Leg Crunch
5. Leg lifts (my favorite)
P.S. I have 2-3 favorites but they are very difficult especially for newbies
Firstly you have to have a very low amount of body fat. So running or cardio. Then sit ups is the best way to build upabdominal muscles
