  1. Reverse crunches help. But you should pursue a total body regiment of healthy eating and a really good workout plan. Consult with your Dr or invest in a personal trainer.

  3. lay down on the floor and hold on to the couch or something heavy (hold on to it above your head), then lift your legs in the air. you can work your sides too by laying on your side and lifting your legs.
