		<description>It depends on what you want to do. If you are trying to lose weight, then you may need to lighten up (no pun intended) on the weigh training. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. Also, you may want to go to going to the gym 3-4 times a week, if your body gets used to your routine, then its possible that you could experience a &#039;plateau&#039; on the weight loss tip. But that is if you are trying to lose alot of fat. But remember also some weight training is needed to help you burn fat. As for myself, I work out at least 4 times a week and i do intense weight training on one of those days, and a mild weight training routine on another. On the other 2 days, i do cardio, running and walking. The cardio is what builds body mass... not just lifting weights alone. Also, continue eating good. Limit the fast food to once a week as a &#039;reward&#039; for keeping a good routine, because your body does need fat to operate too, just not alot of it.</description>
