Put your hands behind your head and bring your knee up to your opposite elbow. You will need to twist your upper body to do it but try not to bend down. You can do this from a standing position or on your back.
Sit-ups or crunches.
Leg lifts – lay flat on your back and lift one leg at a time while keeping the other leg straight. – Lay on your side with your head on your hand so that your arm and head form a triangle. Lift the top leg then switch sides.
Flutter kicks – lay on your back and but your hands under your butt so that your fingers form a triangle around your tailbone. Keep both legs off the floor and straight out. “kick” one leg at a time upto about 18″
