is this a good exercise plan? sorry for this being kinda long… and dont mention food i am eating healthy no worry there i am talking about excersise
i am 14 years old 5’3 and 135 i want to lose 10 to 15 pounds ( my doctor said that losing that amount would be fine. i am eating right. i want to not only lose that weight but tone up and have a flatter stomach.

Tuesday ,

swimming maybe depending on weather.

i can swim alot more when it gets out of januarybeginninggFebruaryy because it cold here :)
