Starting to work out, looking for a plan?
I’m 18 yrs old, around 155′ish lbs, and 6’0/6’1 feet tall. I finally got my weight system put together, and am looking for an idea of how to use it for the best results.
It is the “Weider Pro 4300″ system, and the specs are:

Ab Developer: Yes
Butterfly: Yes
Chest Press: Yes
High-Low Pulley: Yes
Leg Developer: Yes
Preacher Curl: Yes
I’m in shape basically but would just like to build some muscle on my upper arms and lower arms as well(wrists too if possible.) Would also like to work on my abs to get rid of some fat I still have on my stomach.
I’m not looking to get all buffed up, just want to build some muscle. Any tips on how often I should do each workout on the system and how many times I should do it a day will be greatly appreciated!
Also any tips on food I should eat to help push the process of getting some more muscle(I’m not looking to go on a diet, I am very skinny and just want to build muscle.)

If you are looking to gain muscle mass not to look cut. perform workouts with heavy weight with low reps(3-5). You should work on every main muscle group but do one a day.
Example Schedule:
Monday: Chest press, triceps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Biceps
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: back
Saturday: abs
Sunday: rest

i guess you can start out in the morning, bright and early. it helps you during the day. eat sum breakfast first. about 3 times a week on that thing for at least 45 minutes is more than enough
