you need to do press ups or lay flat and sit ups and some squats also train your tummy muscles to stay in by holding it in this will strengthen them

you’ve got to control your diet effectively. no junk food, only good lean proteins, veggies, fruit, and low fat intake. no alcohol.

ab exercises are also important. they’re not so bad once you get better at them. try doing 15 minutes nonstop. you will be stronger very soon if you eat right as well.
