Six pack abs routine?
Currently, I am doing crunches, leg lifts, & reverse crunches. I think I need more workouts to work them. What are some abs exercises I can do at home? How many should I do and how many sets? Also how many times a day should I work my abs? It’s hard now because I have school starting at 7:30 so can you give me a routine for me on a regular school day & one on the weekend? PLEASE. Thank you! =D
*I have the diet part down because I do that anyways so no big deal.*
***In the summer, I’ll be at my aunts house & she lives in a private resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin where they have a pool & everything so I would run a couple times a day, swim, walk with my dogs, bicycle, play basketball. When up there in the summer, can anyone give me a routine on what I should do to help my abs because I know cardio is very good to get in to shape just in general & also burns fat. Can you please give me a routine for when I’m up there too?

Do about an hour of cardio 3-5 times a week. I would add planks into your routine, because I feel they are underrated and work all of the core muscles. Do 2 X 1-2 minute planks. Work out your abs every other day.
