Should i eat EGGS?? Professional Advice only!!?
I am 17 yr. old male and i weight 150 lbs. Most of my fat is stored in my abdomen. I’m not exactly an athlete, but i do workout every other day. Since i’m working out, i’m trying to avoid eating fat products. However, my mom suggests that i should eat eggs. I understand that they are very good for you, but i’m not sure if they will make me fat.
I would like to know how much fat do eggs have?
How much protein do eggs have?
Should i eat eggs daily?
If i do eat eggs daily, would they help me gain more weight or muscle??

eggs are great! 6g (avg) protein per egg, a biological value of 100! they are the best form of protein (other than a supplement) you can take.
many ppl say they have hihg cholesterol levels so shoud be avoided. They do have a very high amount of cholesterol, but, bcuz of the type of cholesterol it is your body cannot absorb it!! Eggs are brilliant!
have as many eggs per day as u can lol. like no more than 4 per meal though. for your weight 4 eggs per meal wud be great for gaining weight!
eggs wont make you fat, ppl who say they will arent looking at the science behind it, their being ignorant!
id eat eggs daily for sure, i have 4-8 per day personally.
