Should i eat EGGS?? Professional Advice only!!?

I am 17 yr. old male and i weight 150 lbs. Most of my fat is stored in my abdomen. I’m not exactly an athlete, but i do workout every other day. Since i’m working out, i’m trying to avoid eating fat products. However, my mom suggests that i should eat eggs. I understand that they are very good for you, but i’m not sure if they will make me fat.

I would like to know how much fat do eggs have?
How much protein do eggs have?
Should i eat eggs daily?
If i do eat eggs daily, would they help me gain more weight or muscle??
