Quick & Easy AB WORKOUTS! HELP!?
Please help me. i want to get abs so i need quick, easy and affective exercises. im not fat, im medium build so it shouldn’t take long but i can never find a good ab workout that really works. i eat fairly healthy so that isn’t a problem. links to ab workouts would be great. btw how long does it take to get a flat stomach with a really good workout?


just do situps a lot of situps cheap and very effective
you could try donig crunches
You should get a medicine ball and a pilates ball, and work with those.
lay on your back with hands looped behind your neck. curl up (don’t pull your neck!!) lift legs and do the “bicycle” and/or elbow to opposite knee for 15 to 20 mins each day. it’s okay to stop and start throughout the 15-20 mins. just be sure to do it daily!
