Protein and diet and how to get a six pack?
Hello!
I am 18 years old, 6’0 and 182 lbs. and am in pretty good shape. I have been lifting hard for about 5 months and have good results. I have somewhat of a six pack but the thing is that thin layer of fat over it!! I do hard ab workouts every other day. I am thinking of cutting my calories and running more? I eat very healthy consisting of mostly whole grains, fruits, veggies, and protein (whey) and meats. I also live in AZ and about once a week do a strenuous 8 mile hike in the mountains. Is this enough or do I need more? Any other tips? Btw I like following EXACT plans step by step (eating and workout) Thanks!

Definately start running. You need some cardio to burn the fat over the muscle. I wouldnt change your diet if its working for you right now. A little bit of cardio should do the trick!
I’d say just make sure you’re staying away from salty foods and drink a lot of water.
I don’t think cutting calories would be necessary but adding in an extra day or two of cardio is a good idea, at least 30 minutes!
best way to a sixpack is weighted crunches and a healthy diet eat regurly small portions of healthy food.
