ok what is the best work out including muscle-confusion for a six-pack? (abdomen)?
ok what are the best methods of muscle confusion that can get me a six pack fast, easy, and natural. when i mean fast or easy i can understand it might require a few months but what i mean is the fastest option out of the them all (even if all of them are slow). understand what i mean? so what excersices are best , what time period i should change to the next workout, and if possible, can i gain all this in 3 months? if u need im 12 years old. yea yea im 12 i dont need all this now, but i’ve been hearing that its easier to gain muscle at young age instead of trying to get a six pack at 30 yrs old. also a few of my friends have six packs which amazes me (probably cuz they’re 13 but i dunno) so i just want to try to get a six-pack during the summer for next year. any workouts?


first of the ability to see a six pack is based majority on your body fat percent. i believe for a male it needs to be under 10 or so and a woman is under 14 or so. it is also based on genetics and the way your abdomen muscles are. crunches will work the upper abs, while leg raises will work the lowers, side to side crunches/bicycles crunches will work the obliques, also push ups will work and strengthen the abdomen and the chest shoulders and back, so its a nice simple workout. also standing knee raises and windmills will work for the lower abs and obliques. if you have any more questions put it on and ill try to get you some other specific exercises.
