**MY FITNESS PLAN**…how much weight can I lose?

Okay so I’m fat.

I have two weeks until my wedding and I want to at least tone up a TINY bit to look okay in my dress.

My plan is basically to walk around 7 miles every day for the next two weeks. Also, depending on the day I plan to do some toning with Pilates, yoga, and ab exercises (not all on the same day).

Besides that, I am completely cutting out sweets for the next two weeks (easy, done it before) – eating smaller breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Is that enough to even make a TEENY, TINY difference? I’m not looking for drastic weight loss or a tight body, I know that’s not realistic in 2 weeks. But will this do anything?
