my body is pretty well built except for a lil fat on my lower abs. whats a good exercise to get rid of it?

With all abdominal questions I hear, there is no way to ‘spot remove’ fat from that area. The only thing any ab exercises would do is tone the area or build muscle. The only true way to get rid of this is to lower your body fat percentage by doing some form of cardiovascular exercise. That and around the belly is the hardest place to lose weight for people in general, especially men.
There is no way to target specific areas of fat burning on your body. Cardio exercises burn fat but not in specific areas, cardio workouts burn fat off of the whole body.
A great way to do this is to run. Running is very effective at building stamina, endurance, and of course, shredding the fat off of your body and achieving the flat stomach that you desire. The running will shred the fat off of your whole body, including your belly, revealing the 6 pack that is already there. If you are not good at running, start small. Run every other day for about 10-15 minutes until you get better, than increase running sessions to around 15-20 minutes and so on. After a couple weeks, you will start to see results if you stick to at least a half-way healthy diet and you stay dedicated to running 2-3 times a week.
As i said, there is no specific exercise to reduce fat in certain areas. Ab exercises strengthen your ab muscles and your core, but ab workouts do not actually burn the fat. The burning you feel when doing an intense ab exercise is the ab muscles being torn. Later when the ab tissue is repaired, it is made stronger, which is exactly what happens when you lift weights, but there is no way to get a slimmer waist unless you do cardio.

You may try the exercise below:-
bear crawls – get down on hands and feet and crawl forward on hands and feet (not knees) across room or field and back
crab walks – sit down on the ground with your hands behind your back and feet on the ground in front of you; then elevate your waist off the ground so that your weight is on your feet and the palms of your hands and your torso is nearly parallel to the ground; then walk forward using your hands and feet.
reverse crunches – lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor, your knees at a 90 angle, your palms on the floor by your hips, and your head and shoulders slightly lifted off the ground. Slowly crunch your lower body off the ground by curling your pelvis back toward your head. Do not use momentum. Rather, use your abdominal strength to perform the movement.
lying leg thrusts – 2 part movement; lie on your back with your head and shoulders raised off of the floor, your hands (palms down) on the mat by your hips, and your legs at a 90 angle from the floor. Slowly lower your legs only half way to the floor to an angle of approximately 45 from the floor. From the 45 position, raise your legs back up to the 90 position, and then thrust your hips off the floor about 6-8 inches.
