Lower ABS? What are some good exercises? and how many per day?
i have decent upper and middle abs….but no lower ab definition what so ever! what are some good exercises for lower abs….and approximatly how many reps do i have to do per day?

Well technically there are no “lower abs” – it’s all one long muscle. BUt you might have luck doing reverse crunches with your legs in the air as well as butterflies or flutters, I think. Bicycles or pulleys are amazing for the abs as well.
leg lifts. Lay flat on the groung with your legs straight out and together and you hand under your butt or lower back for support. Lift your legs about 2 inches off the floor to start. Keeping your legs together and not bending your knees, lift your legs to 90 degree angle and lower to 2″ above the floor. Do this slowly for maximum benefit. Do as many as you can the first time and set your own rep goal from there.
crunches are good to do. When you first start off you need to do five and work your way up gradually.
The Pilates Plank is the best. Do it for 30 seconds at a time 4 or 5 times. Do this twice per day. You can add some yoga positions for balance.
