Lower abdominal muscle building workout?
Im looking for a workout which will build muscle on my lower abs. I’m 6 2′ 180 pounds lean, with a four pack and a little bit of lower abs. How can build muscle on the lower two?
I don’t need to loose any weight either, as i have a body fat % of under 12.
scratch that, anyone think i might need to loose weight after looking at the picture?
