Lower ab workouts for me to try?
What are some new/easy lower ab workouts that I can try? I am already eating healthy, doing cardio work-outs and some ab/arm work-outs but I’m looking for some new lower ab ones to try! Thanks :]

Sit on the edge of a bench. Place your hands behind your butt and grasp the sides of the bench. Have your torso at a 45 degree angle to the bench and have your legs stretched out in front of you, off of the floor. Bring your knees in bending your legs, and also bring your torso forward at the same time so you end up sitting at almost 90 degrees with your knees at your chest. Then return to the starting position and repeat.
