lower ab workout help? how to get the bottom line for that six pack look?
hey what are some workouts i can do to get the bottom line seprating my abs for that 6 pack look , my fat percentage is pretty low i just need to have that bottom grove… im currently doing leg raises 2sets of 15 reps..
i dont need to loose more fat but to bulk the bottom ab area near the pelvis and the middle ab group… and to get that deep line in between


some of the best ways to get those lower abs to show is to do leg exercises. a good one is to lie on your back and pretend that you are pedaling a bike, but at the same time lift your shoulders. Now touch the opposite elbow to the lifted knee. If you do this at a fairly good pace you can just feel the burning of those lower abs.
