Lower ab exercise help!?
I play basketball for about an hour daily and ride my bike often. I eat mostly healthy foods but I still have some fat around my lower abs due to the fact that I used to be near obese. My upper abs are very toned because I do about 300 sit-ups a day. But nothing so far has flattened my lower abs. Any exercise suggestions specifically for lower abs would be awesome!
